CAN YOU ADMINISTER MEDICATION?

We can administer medication if prior consent has been given by the pet owner; if an explanation has been offered regarding how to administer the medication and when to do so; provided that the pet will take it. Our staff do not hold veterinary qualifications.

MY PET NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET.
WILL YOU TAKE THEM?

If we feel that a pet in our care requires medical attention, we will try to get in touch with you as soon as possible. If you are unavailable, we will call one of the emergency contact numbers given to us by you prior to the booking. If no one is available, we will try to get in touch with the vet to get some advice on what to do. Should they decide that the pet requires urgent medical attention, we will take the pet to the vet by car. 

HOW MANY DOGS CAN YOU WALK AT ONCE?

We only offer one-on-one dog walks which means your pet will get our undivided attention.

WILL MY DOG BE ON OR OFF THE LEAD?

We offer on-lead dog walking services only.

DO YOU OFFER DROP-OFFS AND PICK-UPS?

We do not offer pick-up and drop-offs.
All bookings take place either at the pet owner's home or in the local area.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash-in-hand or bank transfers.

CAN I CANCEL?

We accept last-minute cancellations free of charge.
